What I collect, and why

I collect no personal data through this website itself. There are no accounts, no forms, and no tracking.

If you contact me — by email, phone, or LinkedIn — I receive what you send: typically your name, contact details, and whatever you write. I use it to reply and, if we end up working together, to deliver the work. The legal basis is our contact or contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me (article 6(1)(f)).

If you become a client, I keep the invoicing records Danish law requires (bookkeeping records are kept for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act). Everything else I delete when it's no longer needed.

If you buy a ticket for one of my bootcamps or courses, payment and registration are handled by Ticket Tailor — their privacy policy applies to that transaction. I receive your registration details to run the course.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies — none for analytics, none for marketing, no third-party cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is this:

If I ever add analytics or anything else that touches your data, this page changes first — and you'll be asked for consent before anything is set.

No data sent to third parties

Fonts and images are served directly from this website — no calls to Google Fonts or other third-party services while you browse. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages; like any host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me at any time to:

see the data I hold about you (access)
correct it (rectification)
delete it (erasure)
restrict or object to how I use it
receive it in a portable format

Just write to per@beining.dk — no forms, no hoops.

Complaints

If you believe I've handled your data wrongly, I'd like to hear it first — but you always have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency: Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk.
