Agile Coaching
Working alongside teams as they find their way with Agile — whether they're just starting out or want to go deeper. I coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership. Always aiming for change that lasts long after I'm gone.
I work with teams and organizations who want to move faster, collaborate better, and find more joy in their work. There are three doors in — and a full menu behind them.
Hands-on agile coaching and team development — building trust, rhythm, and agility from within. I work alongside your team, ask honest questions, and step back as they find their own confidence. My goal is always change that lasts long after I'm gone.

Growth doesn't only happen in teams. Some of the most important conversations are one-on-one — and they take different shapes:
Structured 1:1 learning — Scrum, facilitation, agile practice — shaped around where you are, not a fixed curriculum.
I share what 35+ years have taught me — for new Scrum Masters, agile coaches, and leaders growing into a role.
Honest questions, not ready answers — for the challenges only you can figure out. Confidential, and at your pace.
1:1 sessions — in person or online. [Individual coaching is the one place you wanted prices possible — add rates here, or keep it "contact me".]
Some conversations are too important to wing. When one team — or thirteen — needs to align, I design and run sessions where the right conversations actually happen, and everyone contributes. Not just the loudest voices.

Every engagement is different, but most start with a conversation about where your team is and where you want to go. From there I propose an approach — anything from a one-day workshop to months of embedded coaching. And I adapt as we go.
Anywhere from a single day to 12+ months. Workshops and training are usually 1–3 days. Coaching and team development often run 3–6 months. Transformations can take a year or more. I'll always give you an honest recommendation.
Both. I'm based in Denmark and work across Europe. For coaching and facilitation, being in the room usually matters. For ongoing support, training, and many workshops, remote works well — I'm a Miro expert and have been running effective online sessions since 2020.
I've worked across finance, insurance, pharma, logistics, telecom, and IT services. [Per — verify this industry list.] The common thread isn't the industry — it's teams who want to work better together. My methods travel well.
Absolutely. A single day can accomplish a lot — a team kickoff, a retrospective, a workshop, or a coaching intensive. Sometimes one great day is all it takes to shift a team's trajectory.
Fluid Scaling Technology — an approach to scaling agile built on self-selection, dynamic team formation, and whole-team collaboration. It's for when Scrum isn't enough anymore. I'm Europe's only authorized FaST trainer — the full story is on Learn with me.
